We are a first aid training facility located in Redditch and covers Bromsgrove, Solihull, and South Birmingham, Worcestershire offering a full range of courses which can be adapted to suit most industries and workplace situations. We can deliver at our own training facility or on clients own site.

*All courses are written, approved and supported by Qualsafe & Emergency First Response who are a global provider of first aid instructor training.
*Each course is packed full of practical based activities which has learners practicising the skills and not sitting behind desks
*Our Instructors are highly experienced in dealing with emergency situations and bring a wealth of knowledge to the classroom
*Our instructors provide a fun and relaxed environment to enhance learning and create confident first aiders
*We provide a qualification expiry notification service to prevent your first aiders becoming out of date.
*We can provide flexible training schedules and on site delivery for group bookings or at our own training venue. Also evening bookings available.
*Validity and Re-certification On successful completion students receive an accepted Qualsafe Responder Identification Card - credit card size - which is valid for a period of three years. After the three years students are required to redo a Re-certification first aid course

The first aid programmes meet the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommendations for first aid courses. In addition they meet the Sure Start, Ofsted and Skills Start requirements and are recognized by the Council for Awards in Children's Care and Education (CACHE) and approvals from the PreSchool Learning Alliance (PLA), and the National Child Minding Association (NCMA). The courses are QCA approved and are mapped to a Level 2 qualification in Care.
The 12 Hour Paediatric course content has been approved by the local authority as meeting the criteria set out within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
